Student library orientation.
At the start of each academic session, the RU Library extends new students the invitation to join in a live RU Library orientation webinar to learn about all of the library tools and resources available to students in the program.
We provide quick reference to REALTOR® University faculty, students, and staff—for those times when you need a quick fact, figure, statistic, article, or other resource. We can’t do your research for you, but we can help you track down sources for a specific fact or figure.
Research and consultation.
We are happy to schedule time with you for research consultations. While we can’t give you a list of articles to use for a paper or assignment, we can point you in the right direction by helping you identify good subject headings to search by or locating documents referenced in other articles or citations. We are happy to schedule Skype/Web Conferences/Phone/Online chat consultations to help you navigate resources, find scholarly and reputable sources, and learn about the scholarly research process.
Resource identification and acquisition.
We will work with you to obtain the resources necessary for your success in the MRE program. If you find an item that seems suited to our collection, please let us know.
Awareness of the Library and the support it provides students, faculty, and staff is of the utmost importance to us. Please let us know what we can do to support you in your academic success.
